Travel PDQ Guest Blog Submission Guidelines

Travel PDQ welcomes high-quality, travel-related guest blog submissions. To be considered for publication, all submissions must meet the following guidelines:

• The body of the post is limited to 350–750 words

• A 30–40 word summary or description of the blog post

• A clear, engaging blog post title of no more than 12 words

• Original content only, not previously published elsewhere

• Content is subject to editorial review and editing by the Travel PDQ team

• A maximum of two follow links per article

• Submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format

Please do not submit photos. Travel PDQ will provide one image per published blog post.

Travel PDQ’s SEO specialists will supply all required SEO elements, including keywords, meta descriptions, H1 tags, and related settings. All approved articles will be submitted for search engine indexing at the time of publication.

Travel PDQ reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or reject any submission.

Guest Blog Post Policy

Approved guest blog posts are published at no cost.

If you prefer that we professionally write your guest blog post, the fee is $75. For best results, we recommend providing a clear outline specifying the topics and key points you would like covered.

Any rewrites or additional revisions requested after delivery are billed at $25 per revision.

All guest blog proposals must be submitted in Microsoft Word (MS Word) format.

How to Submit Your Guest Blog Proposal

Email your submission to info@travelingprofessor.com.

Please include “Guest Blog Proposal – Travel PDQ” in the subject line.

In the body of the email, include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

Attach your blog post as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file.

We will acknowledge receipt of all guest blog proposals. Submissions that do not follow the published guidelines will not be accepted.

For Tour Operators

Tour operators are invited to submit advertising proposals for the “Destinations” section of our Travel Partners page. Advertisements may be up to 75 words and include a maximum of two links. Please submit your ad copy exactly as it should appear, as any changes requested after publication will incur a $25 revision fee.
Annual publication rate: $50

For Travel Service Providers

Travel service providers may submit advertising proposals for the “Travel Services” section of the Travel Partners page. Advertisements may be up to 50 words and include one link. Ad copy must be submitted exactly as desired; any post-publication edits are subject to a $25 revision fee.
Annual publication rate: $25

Featured Travel Partners Banner (Photo + Link)

Enhance your visibility with placement in the Featured Travel Partners banner. This option includes a photo and link and is available for an additional $100 per year.
